Keeping it up
Backups
Daily, kept 14 days, written to separate storage. A single site, database or mailbox can be restored from the panel without asking anyone.
DDoS filtering
Applied at the network edge, before traffic reaches the hosting node. Included in the plan and never billed separately, attack or not.
Patching
Security updates go out continuously. Anything requiring a service restart is announced by e-mail 48 hours ahead and done at night.
